Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a large cutting board with parchment paper and gather all your ingredients.
  2. Layer prosciutto slices on the parchment paper, allowing them to overlap slightly.
  3. Add the Italian salami slices over the prosciutto in a similar fashion.
  4. Place fresh basil leaves, arugula or spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in the center of the layered meats.
  5. Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and scatter over the layered ingredients, then season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  6. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the filling before rolling.
  7. Carefully roll the layered ingredients into a log shape using the parchment paper.
  8. Slice the rolled log into 6-8 equal pieces and arrange on a serving platter.
