Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for about 8 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Once cooled, slice each boiled potato in half lengthwise and toss with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and dill.
  4. Preheat the grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the seasoned potatoes cut-side down on the grill, grill for 3 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes until golden.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
