- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt and pat them dry with a clean towel.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for about 8 minutes until fork-tender.
- Once cooled, slice each boiled potato in half lengthwise and toss with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and dill.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes cut-side down on the grill, grill for 3 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes until golden.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
