  1. In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the diced strawberries, blueberries, and diced mango with a spatula.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet or pour into silicone molds.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container, layering parchment paper between them if needed.
