Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, and garlic, then mix in sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the eggs and chicken broth and mix until the ingredients are well combined and sticky.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1 to 1½ inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally with sauces or gravies.
