Ingredients
  

For the Fruit
  • 1 medium Fresh Pineapple Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh preferred
  • 1 cup Blackberries/Raspberries Optional substitute
For the Dressing
  • 10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Can substitute with lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey/Agave Syrup Optional for sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all berries gently and pat dry. Cut fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks. Hull and slice strawberries.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Fold gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk lime juice and mint leaves. Add honey/agave if desired and mix well.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and fold gently to coat. Avoid breaking the berries.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
