Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and slice the French baguette diagonally into ½-inch thick pieces.
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush each toasted baguette slice with balsamic glaze immediately after removing from the oven.
  6. Top each slice with the tomato mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
