Cinnamon Roll Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small ramekin or microwave-safe mug.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of self-rising flour, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour a clean surface, turn out the dough, and flatten it into a rectangle about 3x6 inches.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter over the flattened dough and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and place it seam-side down in the greased ramekin.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the edges are firm.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then top with powdered sugar glaze or maple syrup if desired.

For quick prep, this cinnamon roll can also be made in the microwave by heating rolled dough in a mug for 1-1.5 minutes on high.
