Method
 

Cinnamon Roll Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small ramekin or microwave-safe mug.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of self-rising flour, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until a soft dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour a clean surface, turn out the dough, and flatten it into a rectangle about 3x6 inches.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter over the flattened dough and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and place it seam-side down in the greased ramekin.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the edges are firm.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then top with powdered sugar glaze or maple syrup if desired.
