Preparation
- Preheat your oven to low broil (about 500°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the submarine rolls in half lengthwise and arrange them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and kosher salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the cut sides of each roll.
- Toast the rolls in the oven for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Finely dice the pulled pork, ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese on a cutting board.
- In a large bowl, mix the diced ingredients with yellow mustard until fully coated.
- Fill each toasted roll with approximately 1 cup of the filling.
- Serve immediately while warm.
