Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water. Fresh for 3-5 minutes, frozen for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spread cooled tortellini in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over tortellini and sprinkle chili flakes and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow the tortellini snacks to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
