Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat dry the potatoes, ensuring they are moisture-free. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and olive oil in a bowl. Coat the potato cubes thoroughly.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray basket with oil, add potatoes in a single layer. Air fry for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil, coat with olive oil. Spread potatoes in a single layer, bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then mix cilantro, cayenne pepper, additional paprika, and lemon juice. Simmer.
  5. Once potatoes are crispy and sauce is ready, toss potatoes in the skillet with the sauce. Serve warm.
