Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and let puff pastry defrost for 15-20 minutes. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut out 8 ghost shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Spread marinara sauce on 4 ghost shapes, leaving a ¼-inch border. Layer with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Punch out eyes and a mouth in the remaining 4 ghost shapes and place over filled shapes. Press edges to seal.
  5. Beat together water and an egg for an egg wash. Brush over each ghost.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
