- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the crab filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold over the filling and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Drop 3-4 bombs into the skillet and fry them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the bombs from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
