Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, soy sauce, and water. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Flatten chicken thighs between plastic wrap using a meat mallet to about ½-inch thick.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, a pinch of salt, and additional peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in the egg wash, then coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing down gently.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a Dutch oven to 350°F. Fry chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain fried chicken on a wire rack and slice into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with peanut sauce and serve immediately.
