  • 1 package Gnocchi Fresh or frozen; sweet potato or cauliflower gnocchi can be used.
For the Coating
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Minced fresh garlic can be used for more flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Basil or Italian seasoning can also be used.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Dairy-free Parmesan can be used for a vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons Arrowroot Powder or Cornstarch Tapioca starch can also be used.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine gnocchi with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle in arrowroot powder or cornstarch and Parmesan cheese. Toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the coated gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
