  • 1 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil for brushing the bread

  • 2 large Large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or gourmet alternative
For Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

  • 1 cup Diced Veggies diced tomatoes, sautéed spinach, or bell peppers

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter or olive oil.
  2. Toast the oiled bread slices inside the air fryer basket for about 2–3 minutes until golden and slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.
  3. Form wells in the center of each toast slice using your fingers or the back of a spoon to hold the egg.
  4. Crack a large egg into each well, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheese around the egg.
  5. Place the filled toast back in the air fryer and air-fry for about 4–6 minutes until yolks are cooked to your preference.
  6. Carefully remove the toast, garnish with herbs like chives or parsley, and serve immediately.
