Preparation Steps
- Rinse the cucumbers and avocados under cold water. Dice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and scoop out the avocado flesh. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add finely chopped red onion to the bowl and gently fold together with a spatula.
