Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Add the lobster meat, cooking for 3-4 minutes until just opaque and tender.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, reduce the heat to low and bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water if necessary.
