- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Shred 4 cups of rotisserie chicken and chop the artichoke hearts.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the mixture until well combined.
- Fold the shredded rotisserie chicken into the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, followed by the crispy bacon.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Broil for an additional 3 to 5 minutes for a crispy top.
