Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Shred 4 cups of rotisserie chicken and chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the mixture until well combined.
  5. Fold the shredded rotisserie chicken into the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and smooth out the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, followed by the crispy bacon.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  9. Broil for an additional 3 to 5 minutes for a crispy top.
  10. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
