  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the baking pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened Philadelphia cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, then incorporate eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly. Optionally, swirl in strawberry jam or puree for a marbled effect.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
