Preparation Instructions

  2. Scrape down the sides of the food processor and add ½ cup of maple syrup, the juice of 2 limes, and a pinch of kosher salt. Pulse again for about 15 seconds until combined.
  3. Continue processing the mixture at high speed for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy, resembling soft-serve ice cream.
  4. You can serve it immediately or transfer it into an airtight container and freeze for later use. If frozen, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
