- In a large mixing bowl, combine boneless chicken pieces with plain full-fat yogurt, salt, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Incorporate minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes until no longer pink and sautéed to golden perfection.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and blended cashews. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle crushed kasoori methi over the dish and mix gently. Cook for another minute before removing from heat.
- Serve hot with naan or basmati rice.
