Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine boneless chicken pieces with plain full-fat yogurt, salt, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Incorporate minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes until no longer pink and sautéed to golden perfection.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and blended cashews. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Sprinkle crushed kasoori methi over the dish and mix gently. Cook for another minute before removing from heat.
  6. Serve hot with naan or basmati rice.
