  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon crumbled; turkey bacon optional
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese sharp cheddar preferred
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used instead
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream plain yogurt is a suitable substitute
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning use sparingly
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 medium Avocado diced
  • 1 medium Bell Peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup Diced Jalapeños use pickled for a tangy twist
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes halved

Method
 

Steps
  1. Thoroughly drain the canned corn to eliminate excess moisture and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Fold the drained corn into the dressing and add cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon. Stir gently.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper if needed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Stir before serving and add extra bacon on top for crunch.
