Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by arranging the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Pour the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup over the chicken, followed by the chicken broth. Sprinkle in the diced onion, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover the crockpot and set to cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot with two forks and stir to combine.
  5. Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese to the crockpot, stirring gently until melted into the sauce.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in a separate pot until al dente. Drain when ready.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the crockpot with the creamy chicken sauce and toss until well-coated.
