Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Ground Turkey Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Add onion and garlic during the last 3 minutes.

- In a pot of salted water, cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a dish towel.

- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually add warmed milk, whisking until thickened.

- Stir in mustard, nutmeg, and shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.

- Mix the cooked turkey with the cheese sauce until well combined.

- In a baking dish, spread half of the turkey-cheese mixture, layer with noodles, dollops of ricotta, and spinach. Repeat and finish with remaining mixture on top.
