  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese for stretchiness

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese, and Buffalo sauce until creamy and smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese gently.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and top with chopped green onions before serving.
