Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese, and Buffalo sauce until creamy and smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and top with chopped green onions before serving.
