  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Aioli or Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option.
For Brushing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing the bread.

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice ciabatta bread lengthwise and brush insides with olive oil. Toast in a skillet or toaster oven for about 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Spread garlic aioli on one half of the toasted bread, then drizzle balsamic glaze or pesto on the other half.
  3. Layer sliced grilled chicken or turkey on the aioli side, then add fresh mozzarella or brie. Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  4. Add roasted red bell peppers and arugula or spinach on top. Sprinkle caramelized onions if using.
  5. Place the top half of the ciabatta on the sandwich, slice in half, and serve immediately.
