Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat Olive Oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté Onion and Garlic until the onions turn translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Carrots and Potatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Additional Vegetables: Green Beans, Peas, and Bell Pepper, cooking a few minutes more.
