  • 10.5 ounces Condensed Tomato Soup can use tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce for depth and umami
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning can substitute with dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables or use fresh vegetables

Cooking Steps
  1. Brown the meat and onion in a large Dutch oven over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Combine large diced potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, sugar, condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add frozen mixed vegetables and simmer for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
