Cooking Steps
- Brown the meat and onion in a large Dutch oven over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Combine large diced potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, sugar, condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables and simmer for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
