  3. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and a splash of vanilla extract with the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually sift in almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; fold until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top evenly.
