  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk Any plant-based milk can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Substitute with agave or maple syrup for vegan
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed is best
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Can omit or use almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch (Optional) For extra creaminess
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut (Optional) For garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the frozen mango, coconut cream, almond milk, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to three-quarters full, and insert sticks if using.
  3. Freeze the molds for at least 6 hours or overnight for best texture.
  4. Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen popsicles, garnish with shredded coconut if desired, and freeze for an additional 10 minutes.
