Fruit
  • 1 cup Strawberries Washed and sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Grapes Washed and halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries Washed
  • 2 Kiwis Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Mandarin Oranges Peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup Mangoes Peeled and chopped
Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Honey

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries, grapes, and blueberries under cool running water until clean. Peel and chop the pineapple, mandarin oranges, mangoes, and kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place all the prepared fruits into a large mixing bowl.
Making the Dressing
  1. Zest one lime and squeeze its juice. Add lime juice and honey to a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Drizzle honey lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to combine.
Chilling
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
