- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Dice the rolls into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the egg custard mixture over the diced cinnamon rolls and gently press down the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the reserved icing over the top.
