Peach Lemonade Preparation
- Combine 4 cups of water, 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 cup of sugar in a pitcher. Stir until dissolved.
- Wash and slice 4 ripe peaches, removing the pit and reserving some for garnish.
- Blend remaining peach slices with 1 tablespoon of fresh mint and 1 cup of the prepared lemonade until smooth.
- Optional: Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve for a smoother texture.
- Pour the strained peach puree into the pitcher containing the lemonade base and stir to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the peach lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with reserved peach slices and a sprig of mint, then serve immediately.
