  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. In a food processor, combine drained chickpeas, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and desired spices. Pulse until roughly chopped.
  4. Transfer the chickpea mixture to a bowl. Add breadcrumbs and flaxseed meal, season with salt, and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
