  • 1 cup Pure Frozen Cranberry Juice Concentrate Can substitute with other fruit concentrates for variety.
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves Optional for a minty touch; can be omitted if undesired.
  • 2-3 cups Ice Cubes Use less ice if using frozen cherries to maintain texture.

  • Blender

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Cherry Slushie
  1. Begin by washing and pitting your fresh Lambert cherries, ensuring they are clean and ready for blending. If you’re using frozen pitted cherries for convenience, skip this step and proceed to blending. Set the cherries aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the cherries, cranberry juice concentrate, and mint leaves if desired. Add ice to create that icy texture. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and slushy.
  3. Take four glasses and pour Sprite into the bottom of each. Next, gently top each glass with the blended cherry slushie mixture, allowing it to float beautifully on top of the Sprite.
  4. Give it a gentle stir to mix the flavors slightly. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a cherry on top for added charm. Serve these refreshing drinks immediately.
