- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese with the dry ingredients until well-coated.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly, keeping an eye on them after 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve warm with dipping sauce.
