  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder fresh minced garlic can enhance flavor
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Italian seasoning can be used
  • 2 large Eggs try flax eggs for egg-free option
  • 1/4 cup Milk plant-based milk for dairy-free option
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese with the dry ingredients until well-coated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  6. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly, keeping an eye on them after 12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes
