For the Crunch
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Use panko for lighter texture.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Spoon the macaroni mixture into the greased muffin tin cups, filling each cup to the brim.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and lightly spray with oil for extra crunch.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Let them cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before removing.
  7. Serve warm, perfect for dipping into sauces.
