- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the ketchup. Mix gently until combined. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until no pink remains in the meat.
- Spread a layer of mashed potatoes over the meatloaf. Sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
