Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of rice, and 1 cup of beef broth. Stir in vegetables and spices.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
