Preparation Steps
- Activate the yeast: Mix warm milk with active dry yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Combine dry ingredients: Whisk flour, sugar, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Make the dough: Add yeast mixture and melted butter to dry ingredients, stirring until shaggy.
- Knead the dough: Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic on a floured surface.
- Let it rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Prepare the filling: Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley in a bowl until well blended.
