- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain grease and remove from heat.
- Return skillet to low heat, add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the beef, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the seasoned beef to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan. Fold in the cooled beef mixture.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into rounds.
