Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in shredded cheese and diced pickles. Season with onion powder and garlic salt and set aside.
  3. On a clean work surface, lay out one egg roll wrapper. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center and fold to seal.
  4. In a deep pan, heat at least 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
