Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheeseburger Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water and microwave for about 4 minutes until fully melted.
- Cook 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until no longer pink, then drain excess grease.
- Add 1 diced onion to the beef and sauté for 3–5 minutes until translucent.
- Combine the bouillon mixture, 2 cups elbow macaroni, and 1 can petite diced tomatoes; bring to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes.
