For Brushing
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adjust to taste.
For Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • Sesame Seeds Optional.

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry brush

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft, approximately 3 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly while you set up the dough.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take a biscuit dough round and flatten it in your palm. Spoon the beef mixture onto the center, placing a cube of cheddar cheese on top. Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  3. Once all cheeseburger bombs are formed, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture, optionally sprinkling sesame seeds over the tops.
  4. Place the bombs on the lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the pastry is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!
