Method
 

Instructions
  1. Pat the large shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter, olive oil, and garlic to form the marinade.
  3. Add smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and cracked black pepper to the marinade.
  4. Whisk in fresh lemon juice and zest immediately before marinating the shrimp.
  5. Thread the shrimp onto skewers using a double skewer method.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high at about 400°F.
  7. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Once cooked, garnish the skewers with finely minced parsley and serve hot.
