Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 cups short pasta like fusilli or penne
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls fresh
  • 1 cup fresh basil torn
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 clove minced garlic optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic glaze, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Pour dressing over and mix gently.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Toss before serving and adjust seasoning. Serve and enjoy!
