Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to achieve desired crispiness.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the chicken wings into the marinade and toss gently until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  7. Melt the unsalted butter in a small pan over low heat, add the minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  8. Transfer the roasted wings to a large bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over them; toss to coat.
  9. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with dipping sauces.
