Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly. Chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumbers, thinly slice the red onion and pepperoncini.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise, whisk together. Gradually add red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add herbs and honey to the dressing, whisk to combine.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients and pour the dressing over. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Top with croutons just before serving.
