- Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly. Chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumbers, thinly slice the red onion and pepperoncini.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise, whisk together. Gradually add red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil, whisking until smooth.
- Add herbs and honey to the dressing, whisk to combine.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients and pour the dressing over. Toss gently to coat.
- Top with croutons just before serving.
