  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash blueberries with lemon juice until slightly chunky. This will create the blueberry purée.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a silicone mold, filling about three-quarters full.
  4. Dollop blueberry purée into each yogurt cavity and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, pop the bites out and store them in an airtight container.
