  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to achieve a crispy top layer of tater tots.
  2. In a large skillet, cook 2 lbs of lean ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of Thousand Island dressing, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of diced onion, and 1 cup of diced dill pickles, along with 1 tbsp each of onion powder and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, mixing until creamy.
